After discovering that our online Skype phone number, used for all our business calls, was not available for some time I contacted them to find out what had happened.
This is the reply (after two emails to Skype).
Unfortunately we are currently experiencing problems with the renewals of the free online Numbers attached to subscriptions, however, we are working hard on fixing it as soon as possible.
So firstly, if you have been trying to reach us by telephone on 0141 416 5141 then please accept our apologies. Secondly, if you use Skype then check your online number via your account page and manually reactivate your number if required.
We will continue to check the number regularly ourselves, but please contact us via the online contact forms if you are unable to call us.
